Yes. You must be a low-income homeowner, a veteran, senior citizen, or disabled to be eligible for our services. Please see our Homeowner Application for income criteria.

Yes. Every person residing in your home must be accounted for in your application as well as their annual income.
After 30 days, you will be notified whether you have been approved. If you have not heard back from us within 30 days, please visit our Contact Us page on our website to ask for an update. Even if your application is approved, it does not guarantee that we will be able to address your needs. As a non-profit we are dependent upon funding from charitable sources and work will only proceed where adequate funding is available.
If you are qualified for our services, we will conduct a home visit to assess all repairs that need to be made on your home. Based upon available funding and the nature of the work required, a work scope will be determined and agreed upon with the homeowner. We will work with the homeowner to identify an acceptable date for all repairs based on availability.
No. Homeowners who have a reverse mortgage on their home do not qualify for our services.
