What services/programs do you offer?

Safe at Home, Veteran Home Repair, Disaster Recovery, and the SCLT Program are the four programs we are currently accepting applications for.

Are there certain requirements I must meet to be eligible for your services?

Yes. You must be a low-income homeowner, a veteran, senior citizen, or disabled to be eligible for our services. Please see our Homeowner Application for income criteria.

How much do your services cost?

Our services are entirely free for qualified homeowners.

How do I apply for your services?

How can I find out if I qualify?

My daughter/son lives with me, does their income factor into qualifying for services?

Yes. Every person residing in your home must be accounted for in your application as well as their annual income.

How long will it take to find out if my application is approved?

When funding is available, a representative from Rebuilding Together Orlando will contact you.

How will you decide what work will be done on my home?

If you are qualified for our services, we will conduct a home visit to assess all repairs that need to be made on your home. Based upon available funding and the nature of the work required, a work scope will be determined and agreed upon with the homeowner. We will work with the homeowner to identify an acceptable date for all repairs based on availability.

Am I still eligible for free services if I have a reverse mortgage on my home?

No. Homeowners who have a reverse mortgage on their home do not qualify for our services.
